Here at Bark-N-Stick we create custom sticker packs and regular stickers. Due to turnaround time and high volume, custom orders could take approximately 5 to 8 weeks to process

Welcome to Bark-N-Stick LLC ("Bark-N-Stick," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing products, placing custom orders, participating in fundraisers, or using our website and social media platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Company Information
Bark-N-Stick LLC is a Colorado-based business specializing in:
Custom sticker packs
Custom pet and K9-themed artwork
Fundraising products
Promotional merchandise
Limited-edition sticker collections
2. Custom Orders
Custom artwork and sticker designs are created specifically for each customer.
Approval Process
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs before production.
Once artwork is approved:
Spelling
Names
Dates
Colors
Design elements
become the responsibility of the customer.
Bark-N-Stick is not responsible for errors approved during the proofing process.
3. Production Times
Standard production times vary depending on:
Design complexity
Order size
Seasonal demand
Fundraiser schedules
Estimated production timelines are not guarantees.
Delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Weather
Equipment issues
Supply chain interruptions
are outside of our control.
4. Refund Policy
Custom Products
Because custom items are personalized:
All custom orders are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless:
The wrong item was sent
The product arrives damaged
Production errors were made by Bark-N-Stick
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
5. Fundraiser Products
Many Bark-N-Stick products are sold as part of fundraising campaigns.
When purchasing fundraiser items:
Donation amounts are disclosed in campaign materials.
Fundraiser purchases are considered final sales.
Donation portions are non-refundable.
6. Artwork Ownership
All artwork, logos, graphics, sticker designs, and digital illustrations created by Bark-N-Stick remain the intellectual property of Bark-N-Stick LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customers may not:
Resell artwork
Reproduce artwork
Alter artwork
Distribute digital files
without written permission.
7. Customer Supplied Photos
Customers affirm they have permission to submit any:
Photos
Logos
Trademarks
Images
used in custom projects.
The customer assumes all responsibility for copyright or trademark claims arising from submitted materials.
8. Product Appearance
Due to differences in:
Screens
Monitors
Mobile devices
Printing methods
actual colors may vary slightly from digital proofs.
Minor variations do not constitute defects.
9. Shipping
Once orders leave our facility, Bark-N-Stick is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost packages
Weather disruptions
Delivery errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bark-N-Stick LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Business interruption
Emotional distress
arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
11. Social Media and Marketing
By submitting photos for custom work, customers grant Bark-N-Stick permission to display completed artwork and products for:
Portfolio purposes
Social media promotion
Marketing materials
unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Bark-N-Stick reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline projects that:
Violate copyright laws
Promote illegal activity
Contain hate speech
Include offensive or inappropriate content
13. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates:
Have no cash value.
Are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Must be redeemed before the printed expiration date.
Lost or stolen certificates may not be replaced.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the State of Colorado.
